Personally like Albertsons for groceries, Grace and Glam Boutique is the cutest for clothes, ND Pharmacy inside Albertsons is open the earliest/latest for convenience, Shannon Shepherd has been a life saver if you're looking for a medical provider she's in Craven Hagen Women's Health.

Grocery shopping, I like cashwise best, or Walmart. G and G is the best pharmacy ever. Gabe is an amazing, friendly pharmacist! There is a jC penny's and Maurice's, and vanity. Also some smaller stores for clothing. Gym, we have anytime fitness and the Arc. We have trinity clinic and St alexius. Both are ok. It will be different than whAT you're used to. And western veterinary clinic is my go to vet. I have always taken my pets there! I order my dogs food from chewy.com. In not sure about yours brand. Welcome to town! !!!

Welcome to Williston! I am born and raised.:) all of the above are great suggestions. I get all my dog stuff at Tractor Supply, meat from Walts Market (locally owned), groceries from Cash Wise, and usually end up ordering household stuff on Amazon. Clothing- Vanity, Maurices, Sportsman's warehouse, Starboard, Grace & Glam Boutiques, I've heard of a few more boutiques that have opened but I dont know the names of them. Poshmark has become my go-to for clothes. I like ND Pharmacy in Albertson's personally. All the people there are so nice and helpful. But there are a couple other pharmcy options too. There is one in Cash Wise, and Service drug downtown. Gyms - I love the ARC. So much different equipment, free weights, and cardio machines. They also have a soccer "field", tennis court, multiple basketball courts, exercise classes, swimming pools, water slide, and surf thing. We also have an Anytime fitness, Key gym, Full Circle, and a crossfit gym. Meg-a-latte is locally owned and really yummy. She has 3 locations: next door from taco johns, in New Hope church, and one with a drive-threw north west of town by Racers. Caffeinated is a a drive up downtown that is really good and fair priced too.
Tammi A. replied:
G&G Pharmacy are great. They give you a text message when your medicine is ready for pu, ect. I loved ND Pharmacy, but switched cause they don't call or text when you medicine is ready. Or they don;t inform you if the medicine that was prescribed is out of stock.

For casual dining you'll need to head out of town, Starving Rooster in Minot is great so is Howling Frog in Bismarck, For Any kind of fine dining you'll have to go to Regina, SK up north, you'll need a passport. There is no fine dining in Williston of any kind.

Livesore North Dakota has your fitness clothing needs covered. for the size of the town there are quite a few good places to eat.
Melissa K. replied:
Crossfit Williston or Williston Fight Club if you want coached classes. Otherwise there is Anytime Fitness, The ARC or Full Circle Strength.
Windy N. replied:
We have local pharmacies such as Service Drug and Albertsons. There are two main grocery stores ( Cashwise and Albertsons). Otherwise Walmart carries grocery items. We do have Maurice's, Vanity, JC Penney, and Starboard. I tend to do a lot of shopping online. We have adorable mom and pop stores, as well as coffee shops. Williston also has numerous gyms, so that will be for you to pick your preference. Best advice is get in with a group of people quickly. It helps with the transition to a smaller community:)
Windy N. replied:
Anna's Groom Room does a great job with dog grooming. Walmart, Tractor Supply, and Menards are the main dog food suppliers, though the pet store and western vet also carry some. The main vets are Western Vet and the Bakker Mobile Vet.
Jim P. replied:
Bakken Carpet Cleaning is the best Carpet and Office cleaner in town.:):) I couldn't resist.
Virginia C. replied:
White Drug Pharmacy is great, it's inside oh Cashwise supermarket, but I shop at Albertsons, good meet deals, Any time fitness is good
Matt K. replied:
You're asking a lot from Williston. Cash Wise is good for groceries they probably have the best deli for meat. If not Albertsons is good too. Just stay away from Walmart as much as possible.
Carmeille H. replied:
*Love albertsons to shop but Walmart is better on the price end but I just don't go there unless really needed! **G&G pharmacy is so great! Online refill options, drive through and open 7 days a week! **We have a Maurice's, vanity, a few cute boutiques and a store called starboard up behind Sakura across from Menards!**We use Williston's ARC because we love to do other things than just workout like play tennis, swim, volleyball and lots of class options! **Our dogs also have food sensitivities so we just order online through chewy.com and have it auto shipped to our home every month! Convenient & well priced!
Maria S. replied:
Sign up for Amazon Prime! G&G Pharmacy has a drive thru, which is good when you have sick kids or it's -20 and you don't want to get out of your vehicle. Vanity, best place to find jeans that size. Tractor Supply or Menard's has fair supply of specialty dog food. Walmart is going to be cheapest for staple and boxed food. Any produce is hit and miss along with soft bread. Albertson's and Cashwise best place for meat. Not a whole lot for shopping here. That drive to Minot doesn't seem so bad when you have have a bunch of shopping and want variety. The Starbucks that's inside the hospital just no, do t even bother it sucks. Megalatte and Caffeinated are the best. Invest in a block heater and 4 wheel drive and Under Armour.
Frankie S. replied:
Tractor supply has a good dog food selection and is pet friendly so you can bring your dog in with you. Lori Lewis is an amazing dog groomer!
Brent S. replied:
Check out Menards for dog food...Cashwise, Albertsons and Wal-Mart for groceries...Western Vet for your pets and the Williston Area Recreation Center for your gym, there's a JC Penneys downtown.
Kristina E. replied:
There are only 3 grocery stores: Walmart, Albertsons, and CashWise. There is a health food store called Fresh Palate downtown. I like G&G Pharmacy they have great hours and a drive thru. We get Blue Buffalo dog food at Tractor Supply next to Albertsons. Home of Economy also has Blue Buffalo. The vets are Western Vet or Bakken Mobile Vet. I buy jeans at Vanity. There are a couple new boutique type stores you could check into, Mode and Grace & Glam, could maybe look at Starboard. There's a Maurices. I do most clothes shopping online or in Minot about 2 hours away. I'd say the ARC is the best gym. I like Trinity best for a Dr. clinic or there's Great Plains Womens Health but they're pretty booked out. A women's clinic opened at the hospital too.
C.A. D. replied:
If you are looking for something on the natural side for grocery - Fresh Palate is on Main in the plaza - second floor. Great selection! I buy dog food online through chewy.com. Cashwise also has a great selection for grocery.
Patty F. replied:
Lori Lewis is the best dog groomer. The gyms depend on what you are looking for. We have a cross fit gym at the fair grounds. TSC has lots of dog food choices. Clincics your on your own to figure that one out. Grocery store it depends on what your shopping for. Fruit and Vegeies Albertsons. Meat Walts Market on 11 th And University. Other than that Walmart and Cash Wise are about the same. No G & G is probably the best pharmacy.
C.A. D. replied:
Oh, and if you are a coffee drinker - Daily Addiction is downtown too. Great coffee!
Salena G. replied:
