First, Quinn, THANK YOU for asking for a permit for a fire/camping at Indian Circle! So many people have not done so and that has contributed to an on-going problem down there! Second, I know of many overnights at Indian Circle, Elizabeth, that have been granted. I think that if someone is responsible enough to fill out a permit, then it should be allowed. It does not state in the permit that there are no overnights.http://arden.delaware.gov/civicPDFs/VillageOfArden_UsePermit.pdf

Talk to any of the Trustees. Overnight camping has been permitted at Indian Circle before. http://arden.delaware.gov/trusteesOfArdenDelaware.htm

This is the link to ReserveAmerica, which handles online reservations at DE State Parks. You can specify location, date and get access to campground maps and images of individual campsites. If you are looking for peaceful and wooded, I can't say enough good things about Cape Henlopen. We camp there a couple times a year and have never been disappointed. When I worked at DE State Parks I always heard great things about Lums and Trap but haven't tried them myself yet. There is camping at DE Seashore State Park, but I would not recommend it for tent camping. It is essentially a large camping parking lot on either side of the Indian River Inlet. A great place to camp if you have an RV or camper and want to have easy access to a boat launch, fishing or the beach, but not peaceful or wooded.
Has anyone ever used Camp Bow Wow or Dogtopia for daycare? Kash will be starting to go somewhere in February, but I don't know which one to go with! I heard good things...
