Check out groove jet downtown. I have similar shoulder issues; I got a massage there last year and I walked out feeling like jelly. A little pricey but worth it. VIP is a jack shack, but could be worth it.

Probably not as good as other suggestions in this thread but the college of Wilmington in independence mall has something like $35 for a hour from a licensed instructor. Only like $25 from a student

my wife is a member of massage envy. She hooked me up with a hot stone massage at the Carolina Beach location and it was awesome. check it out, you'll fell like a million bucks afterwards
