Dede, there is a guy in Raleigh named Edward Walker. I met him through mutual friends and when I was in the Raleigh Jaycees. Anyway, he made amazing wedding dresses. Everyone raved about his work. In fact, I recall him having worked on one of the television shows about design and style. I can try to get his contact info if you're interested. Not sure if he still does this kind of thing.
