Since it is just the bay window, it's probably flashing has gone bad or the seal on the flashing is leaking. It's not a hard repair, they might even just fix it when they come for an estimate.......oh, and not worth claiming on insurance. $100 repair of flashing, if that much!! Flashing just wears over time. You could even get Home Depot or Lowe's to give you a crash course it and could probably repair your self.
