Gas is allegedly easy. If no manual, find model number and look up trouble shooting procedure/steps. There is also usually a technical assistance number to call for help. May just need a restart. Central is also a big outfit, may have someone. We also liked James Thompson out of Medford, but not sure if they do emergency.
