Bear Republic in Healdsburg is amazing. I know you said no fast food but Buns and Burgers in Larkfield is hard to beat. You can sit and eat there, there isn't a waitress but their burgers are so good they are definitely on the top of any good burger list.

What kind of food does he like? Morimotos inNapa is great for sushi. Starks has great steaks. Buckeye has wonderful food and old hunting lodge feel. Melting Pot is fun! Morton's, Ruth's Chris, and Flemings are all super good! There are many wonderful places around here...

WOW... Garstens, that brings back lots of memories.. My boyfriends family owed it.. Kyriacopoulos family.. There was only a arcade room next door then. We got the batter from Bettys on Hwy 12 in Santa Rosa.. ( still the best )
