Thanks, Bethany Sheets!:) I messaged Daniel. We go to Dr John Tenpenny in Oviedo. If my dad, brother or sister in law lived in FL, they would be my chiropractors!! However, their practices are in NJ and NH...if you know of anyone in these states that are looking, let me know!

Adjustments are a wonderful thing to get especially if your an athlete. Preventive Medicine is the BEST medicine. However I know Chiros aren't for everyone whatever the issue maybe, so inversion is a great thing to do as well. Put them both together, and stay hydrated you won't regret it:)Keep it heavy boys! !!!
