I just went to an open house at Oakland Schools Technical Campus Southwest campus in Wixom. They have a Transportation program there teaching students collision and mechanical repair. The guy said they're one of the few certified schools (?) and 3/4 of their current high school students have been hired and are currently working (Marty Feldman has 2 of them) after having job shadowed for school. Maybe you can get on the list allowing job shadowing and/or put out a feeler to the school. Mr. Akers was his name tel:248.668.5644. Just a thought.
