They are great we used them for our upcoming honeymoon to Jamaica! If you do go through the site definitely add the roundtrip shuttle service for them to shuttle you to the hotel/resort from the airport.

Absolutely ten fold, worth every penny. I can refer to you one in MN that I personally refer to as the travel goddess. She has booked over 10 cruises for my parents, specializes in England/Irish travel (and booked their European travel as well) and sav ed our hide when our cruise was delayed and our flights cancelled. My mom even calls her at 4 am frantic and worried when their flights were cancelled and they were stranded in the airport--our agent got her new flights right then and there. We ALWAYS buy travel insurance if we go over seas or on cruises. WORTH EVERY PENNY. When we booked tickets to Disney and then got an excahnge student and wanted to add them to our travel plans 3 months later? Kadies friend from kindergarten got married on North Shore Oahu and just went back and stayed after 5 years. They stayed at a typical North Shore bungalow that was awesome.
