I'm sorry to hear you guys have had so many problems. When buying a used car I choose to take my chances on a "for sale by owner" vehicle. Used cars will almost always need something no matter where you get them. Joe Smalley has a history of being a crook. When he owned Joe Smalley Chevrolet he was double dipping on factory warrantees. Telling his customers it was not covered, charging them and collecting again for the same job from GM. No offense but anyone who does business with the devil will get burned. Maybe you did not know about his history, but I am sure if you did a little research, you will find the mountain of dirt Joe left behind with Joe Smalley Chevrolet.
