Yes it's legit!! Mark Conway . We have an offer on a piece of land, we can't have anything officially drawn up until we have exact measurements, etc, surely you can appreciate that. These things take time. The pictures are of what we want our complex t o look like. As for who is funding this project that should not be an issue, surely the fact that a local lad wants to invest in the place he was brought up should be more than suffice, Don't look a gift horse in the mouth please good people. Have faith & believe.

Me personally, I'm not convinced even slightly... A "local lad" wants to build a cinema / restaurant complex which resembles Hardrock Cafe from California...

We welcome your comments Mark Conway the depictions on our page are merely illustrations to show a modern contemporary design that's all, it will not be like Hardrock cafe. We are merely trying to show our valued members what our complex will look like . If Whitehaven don't want this complex I'm sure the investors can take their investment elsewhere. The overwhelming consensus is, that this project has valid supporters who do believe in it.
