http://www.worthingdentalcentre.co.uk I belong to this one and they are very good. I used to go to a private practise in Shoreham and was not impressed with them at all, felt totally ripped off. So signed up with these guys and couldn't be happier. You'll need to check if they're still taking NHS patients as I think they are quite busy.
Charliz H. replied:
The one in Broadwater is called Tooth Booth and they are good

It was me! I had a real struggle getting an appointment with a dentist as wasn't registered with one. I am badly dental phobic and was in agony! I was advised to ring the emergency dental service at central clinic at 5.30 and they would see me that day. They patch you up till you can find your own dentist and cost £18.50 per session I was told. Google them for their number However I eventually got an appointment at the Centre for dentistry at rustington Sainsburys. They were very good and understanding. I had to have my back tooth out. It really wasn't as bad as I expected - promise!! They even put gel on my gum to numb it for the injections!! They offer a 'get out of pain' appointment that will cost a maximum of £100. Not cheap but reasonable for a private dentist I have now found a dentist who is apparently very good with us phobics. Found him through many recommendations on here - Arthur at Sea Road Dental Practice in East Preston He has a waiting list but I have my first appointment in March He's NHS too! Good luck! https://www.mydentist.co.uk/dentists/practices/england/south-east/littlehampton/104-sea-road
Julia O. replied:

Stan Lee at Pearl Dental (opposite Thomas a Becket pub) is brilliant. I went to him after having a horrendous time with a different dentist who has left me with a real phobia & Stan has been great. Whenever work has needed to be done he checks throughout & is really mindful of my anxiety. Highly recommended.
