They moved here for cheap labor and low unionization, as Polish workers are less likely to strike than German ones. On Monday, there is a meeting with Inicjatywa Pracownicza trade union members from Amazon, both for workers (which also include foreigners here in Wroclaw) and for other people. https://www.facebook.com/events/543257435845409/

Enzo is right there are 3 in Poland, the goal was to serve Germany due to the issues they had lately there and to increase Logistics reliability. They are not registered as "Online Marketplace"/Retailers in Poland so they can´t ship to Poland from Poland due to Tax reasons, only outside. Also Allegro is very strong here, so they have not considered that yet, but since availability is their main "moto", I guess it is just a matter of time.
