thanks Nela, but i (well actually not me but my friend) sent their document there, but it needed the signature of a solicitor/notary to certify before they would do it, so they sent it back. We have seen an all-in-one company apostille.org.uk and just wondering if anyone else has had experience with them - it looks legit, would just like to know if anyone has used before

I can strongly recommend Krzysztof Budzyński in this case - http://www.kancelariabudzynski.pl/?contact - he did some wonders for me with administrative law in a different area, and he managed to overturn a couple of decisions through finding errors in the process that were the fault of the decision maker. I strongly suggest getting the help of a lawyer here, because at the very least, the presence of a lawyer in this case might convince them that it's just easier to reopen the case.

Sure, I've done it. It's pretty straightforward as long as the shareholders all have an ePUAP account. As for a lawyer, I highly trust and recommend Krzysztof Budzyński - http://www.kancelariabudzynski.pl/?contact - he gets stuff done quickly :) About establishing a Sp. z o.o. through the S24 system - I only recommend it if the company is very straightforward. If you want something specific (such as rules on how a 50/50 vote between shareholders is broken) - then you should go through a lawyer and prepare the application the traditional route.
