As mentioned: first sworn translator I recommed this one: Mariusz Bazanowski: http://www.mariuszbazanowski.pl/ however I am pretty sure you do not need sworn translation for that, depends on purpose. Give them a call, I am sure they will be able to organize it on the spot.
