Hello everybody! I'm a yoga teacher and the owner of Sambhala (Joga na Ciepłej). Thanx Ibrahim Ucar for recommendation :) In this moment we don't have english classes, and my english is very far from perfect, but if you are interested, you may come and see our regular classes on thursday at 6 pm. The groups are small (about 6-8 people), so maybe I'll be able to speak partly in english. Namaste (http://www.joganamaste.pl/intro/) is great although sometimes a bit crowded. Teachers speak English there. If you prefer less people, but more cozy and intimate atmosphere I recommend Manomani (http://manomani.pl/).
