If you just want to swim laps then it's 10 zł for one hour at Wrocławskie Centrum SPA on ul Teatralna: http://www.spa.wroc.pl/ For some reason the price list is higher (16.50), but they always charge me 10. I don't understand it, but it is what it is. There's also a gym there, but I haven't used it.
