Good luck! Over the last 5 years, we have needed someone to do anything from a small tile job to a major bathroom renovation. Can't get people to call us back, when they do they won't show up for appointments or will look over what we need done but never get back to us with a written estimate. It's like contractors are making plenty of money and busy 24/7, so don't need any more work. :( If you find someone good, would you post their info here? Our house is old and it's always needing something.

Anthony Akins has done loads of work for my wife and I. PM me if you want his number. He recently built us a pergola and deck and has also converted our wooden fence posts to aluminum. Great guy. Reasonable rates and quick too.
