Check out Japan Store (Dagon centre 1) and Daiso (Junction Square) for daily items for kitchen/garden/home for a flat rate of 1800 Kyat per item. I got a truckload of useful stuff there. Also Star Mart (Dagon Centre 1) has an underground bedding stuff running a sale. You might pick some cheap stuff there.
