Try Myanmar Net. https://www.facebook.com/myanmarnetinternet/ They have both consumer and enterprise Internet services. Both are reliable with very good customer service. I've business internet 1 Mbps full bandwidth with 68,000 kyats monthly fee. Installation fee is 97,000 kyats. If the area you will be living has its consumer internet, you can even get cheaper prices for good internet.
