Aunt Kathy is correct, my grandad took my mom there to shoot. I keep thinking I've heard about the hobos but cant remember where i heard it. Even back in the 70's there was a lot of trash in the bank coming down from the road esp bottles. Ok and i just remembered mom talking about shooting at some big rats there

I remember Jim Harris coming into the Delta Post office and he often talked about it. I thought he did own it at some part or at least had some good knowledge. Sad when this knowledge dies with the generation. I wonder if Todd Holden has any info, he knows quite a bit of the Delta history.
