Lyle Salomin, "The House Mechanic," 734-645-6699. He's kind and fair. Been doing it for years. Used to be my neighbor. Townie. Went to school with Bob Seger.

Rick Bricault, "Check List Maintenance" 810-231-1169. I know that looks like an out-of-town # but it's only Whitmore Lake and he does virtually all his work here in A2. Licensed and insured. I've known him for 20 years and he's excellent, careful, exacting, and when he's finished you never even know he'd been there except your repairs are complete.

Al McMillan (McMillan Enterprises, 734-686-0811 cell) has done a lot of exterior repair work on our 24 year-old home. His crew does good work, at a reasonable price.

Reputable handyman? Hi, can anyone recommend a reliable handyman in A2?
I haven't had much luck reaching out to people on Yelp.

Definitely The Fabulous Mr. Fix It out of Saline. I’ve owned my house for 8 years and they’ve handled all my repairs and also built out my upstairs laundry. Great work every time.

Steve Hill! Awesome guy I used to work with. He does just about everything - HVAC, woodworking, plumbing, etc. Heck I know he's even done spring cleanup for some folks as part of other projects... a total package. [Here's his facebook page](https://www.facebook.com/stevehillhandyman/)

what are you trying to do? Next door is a good website for these kinds of local recommendations.

How does handyman price compare to a specialized skilled trade like a plumber or electrician? Markup on parts?
