Wall mounted toilets are a thing, and are fine with code. You’ll just need to get a toilet with the drain in the back. They make ones that touch the floor and others that dont(think commercial toilet). It’s just a design touch to seem more “futuristic”. In commercial settings it’s to make it easier to mop the floors.
