Paul Alderink at balanced health is good, he does NUCCA i believe it's called. Basically he makes adjustments to your neck which alines your back and it seems less invasive then "cracking" and less scary bc he just applies pressure, it really works! I did it about a year ago but it is expensive w no insurance.

Megan, come to my practice when Im out of school! Haha I graduate in October! In the mean time, you can go to my Dad's in Holland (McAlpine Chiropractic). Hope all is well! Anytime you're in town in Holland after October, I'll be there and adjust ya!

TriCare and United Health do not cover Chiropractic work anyway. They only cover referrals to OMT
