Base Camp Pizza down in Heavenly Village (South Lake Tahoe) has the best pizza, in my opinion, but be prepared to wait for a table. Burger Me! Truckee CA has awesome burgers. If you like tapas, Bite American Tapas in Incline is also very good. Hyatt has Sierra Cafe and Lone Eagle Grille on site, too. Lone Eagle has a great location, right on the lakeshore.
