  Amber J. wrote: Unbelievable heartless company. I was in a bind due to the day and time of the week to have my cat checked out. She was lethargic and not eating. The prognosis was not good based on their tests and initial research when I brought her in. Less than 12 hours later she died. She became ill so suddenly and it was overwhelmingly heartbreaking for me that she died so quickly and in pain. I took her in as soon as she died. I requested that she be cremated and ashes be returned to me. The receptionist checked me out and told me they would call me in 3 -4 days. On the 4th day, I had a feeling something was wrong. I had a friend call on my behalf and indeed my feeling was right. They had not even sent her to be cremated and that I wouldn’t get the ashes back for another week! I was and still am devastated. Accurate information is critical to the owners when dealing and mourning the death of a beloved pet. I advise anyone and everyone to stay FAR FAR away from this place of business.
