I need recommendations for a LICENSED CONTRACTOR in California for a $50,000 remodel to be started in August. I don't want to mess with someone that isn't going to call me back or say they have the time and then drag their feet. So please don't waste my time if you're not motivated to get the ball rolling. Thanks in advance!
Looking for someone with experience to help remodel house. New deck, new bathrooms, new kitchen, hardwood floors, new windows, plumbing, electrical, etc.

I am in search of some advice to how to go about finding either a handyman or a contractor. I have recently moved into the the house I grew up in here in South Lake. It's literally falling apart and I need to replace all the floors, the subflooring in 3 rooms, replace the oven and dishwasher, as well as repaint the interior and fix some light fixtures that seem to have wiring problems. I'm not sure what here needs a licensed contractor or not, any help to point me in the right direction would be great. Thank you!

You definitely need a licensed contractor, my husband owns Taylor Made Homes in South Lake and he does lots of remodels and can give you references with clients and Realtors up there. Call him at 530-318-0297 and he can come by and let you know what you need :)
