You definitely need a licensed contractor, my husband owns Taylor Made Homes in South Lake and he does lots of remodels and can give you references with clients and Realtors up there. Call him at 530-318-0297 and he can come by and let you know what you need:)

He's done several big (inc. bathroom redo) and small projects for us, all have been on-time, on budget and each turned out amazing! Highly recommended.
