  Collings Solicitors in Altrincham, Frank on 0161 928 5558. Excellent service, turnaround and very decent rates. Really fast for searches too, (especially good if there's a problem, at least you know at the beginning and can sort it or pull out). My partner has used them numerous times over the last 18 months. He wouldn't go anywhere else. And the main man Frank Ottavianelli regularly works on Sunday's which was great for us. And no, I do not work for them just passing on a good local ish contact!
