  Kate, go with Allcote Associates, based in Bristol. They travel all over the area. 0117 322 4931 I've had two structural surveys carried about by them. Not only are they the most competitive price I could find, they are lovely, and the surveyor will talk through all his findings and discuss any questions you have after receipt of the report. Excellent service.
