  You can take it for medical care to the Selden Animal Emergency Hospital, but DO NOT chase it to catch it. The hospital phone number is 631-698-2225. You can transport a baby deer in a large cat carrier, a rubbermaid tub or a sturdy box with a blanket in it. Do not try to feed it. You can call STAR's office in the morning if you have any questions. 631-736-8207. Thank you for trying to rescue this baby.
