  Recently used Rob Morrow at (412) 421-9100. He was very nice and took the time to explain every detail of the things he went through. I'd recommend to be present for the inspection for whoever you pick. There are things they may not include in their report because they're not a structural issue. If you're there you can tell them to document the small things you want included so that you can negotiate fixes with the seller.
