About us
Being immersed in the community through volunteer work or by just lending a hand to support a friend or colleague in their endeavors keeps me connected to the pulse of the Peninsula. Whether it's a Chamber of Commerce luncheon, working out at the YMCA or helping with an Operation Uplift function I love to connect.
Like Windermere, I appreciate what community involvement means. For example we donate proceeds from every commission check to the Windermere Foundation, which allows us to sponsor families during the holidays. Working as a team we support Ride the Ridge, our local food bank, Salvation Army, Arts in Action and many other community functions.
I served as Secretary on the Port Angeles Association of Realtors Board of Directors from November 2008 - December 2010, President-Elect for 2011 and President for 2012 & 2013. I have also served as Education Chair from 2010-2011 and Community Service Chair for 2012 & 2013. I am currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Clallam County YMCA.
In 2012, I was honored to receive the "Realtor of the Year", which I also received in 2010. That year I also received the "Realtor Achievement Award" and in 2007, the "Rookie of the Year" award from the Port Angeles Association of Realtors. But, my biggest honor is being able to serve repeat customers, second generation customers and friends of customers in finding or selling their properties and living and working in such a great community.
My strong background in sales and negotiation means I keep the ball rolling, and because I value communication I keep you informed and on target throughout the entire process. Having 20- plus years of proven successful performance in sales means I have worked diligently to cultivate positive relationships with clients and professionals who support the entire sale process.
Being SFR- Short Sale and Foreclosure certified, allows me to help sellers maneuver the complexities of a short sale as well as help buyers pursue short sales and... show more foreclosure opportunities. This is critical as short sales and foreclosures are still prevalent in today's real estate market. I am also SRS-Seller Representative Specialist certified which allows me represent Sellers in a variety of formats. And, I am a "Chase Priority Partner".
