We moved out this year from Colorado. We used Chuck Marunde, mainly because I liked his website for distance. We did come for a week to look at homes, but the one we liked fell through. So we ended up buying a house sight unseen except through his website and an i-phone Skype tour of our house and property. I think it all went pretty well.

That's tough because sometimes it's just a clash of personality...when we bought in 2010 we had Jeanine Cardiff from Jace. Neither myself or my husband were fans but she came highly recommended..
