  Hello, I've had an extension built and its been a nightmare - I've needed to get different builders in to quote for finishing the work but they're spotting quite a lot of things that are causing them concern and advising me to get a structural engineer first to make sure its safe - can anyone recommend a structural engineer (assuming this is what I need - not sure what the difference between this and a surveyor!)?
