  Can anyone recommend a place I can get surgery done on my dog's ear? She has a hematoma. I have taken her to 2 different vets. After 2 procedures, the problem continues to persist. I would like to get a 3rd opinion on this.

  I'd suggest family Animal Hospital on guo guang rd, don't know the street number. 04 2406 0719. Something to consider for the NCHU vet, students will most likely be working on your dog, which is totally fine for the most part, but perhaps not for your situation, after already going through this twice.
