  I have a couple of questions I was wondering if anyone can help. My daughter is 3 at the end of March, when/where do I need to register her for nursery. Also what is the allowance for nursery - is it 5 sessions a week and is this solely used for school nursery or can you use it for a childminder or playgroup etc?? As you can tell I have no clue so any info would be gratefully accepted.

  You will register at school office. If you go on to your school webpage there will be a handbook for the year that should give you all the info you need. Sorry, don't know about hours allowances, new from my day. Scottish government webpage or pkc.org.uk might help
