  Anyone have any good sources for professional development? I'm sitting in Central Texas where the professional development courses are limited, and I've almost finished my certificate through VAM (previously lived in VA) and need three more classes to finish it! I'm looking for day long webinars or even online classes, preferably free or less than 100 bucks. they must be at least six hours long! I'd love to get some help in finding some PD opportunities.
