  In desperate need of a rental. One to two bedroom. We do have two small dogs. Not wanting to go over $850 preferably. We had structural issues with our house last night, and had to leave in the night. We only have one week in the motel to find a place

  There's 3/4 different people managing/owning those duplexes. The group with the managers house is owned by Olsteadt construction. There's Jim McNeeley (they do accept dogs with a $500 dep) there's the Clatsop County Housing Authority (they are subsidized housing) there's also a couple private owners who rent theirs out. ALL have their different prices. McNeeleys is the only one I know who takes dogs though. Their number is (503)292-8125 hope this clears it up for everyone :)
