  Does anyone have a recommendation for a neurologist in the area (15 miles or so) that specializes or has had a good reputation with migraines?

  There aren't very many headache specialists in the US. Only about 400 or so for the 36 million migraine patients, so chances are if you find a good one there's going to be a wait. Dr. Ribeiro is a good start. She's amazing and all she does is treat headache disorders.
