Hi all! Can anybody please recommend an accountant in general area who could help me understand (potentially new & different) implications of being 1st Home Buyer & impact of renting a spare room out?
I understand as much as relevant website outlines (but doesn’t answer this specific question in any way that I can see)
And have tried ringing & discussing with Revenue NsW & ATO re Capital Gains Tax implications if I were ever to sell in future - neither of which were any help & only passed the buck to nowhere! I’m getting confused & anxious as if I don’t understand this correctly I could end up in the pooh big time if ever did have to sell!
Sigh... thanks & unfortunately I need advice ASAP!
