George kemp and associates. George is great and extremely knowledgeable. I've used him for quite a number of years now. He costs a bit but he's always saved me a lot more than I've paid. One year I did a draft e-tax to see how he compared and he saved me about $700 extra. He has always struck me as someone who genuinely likes the intellectual challenge of solving complex tax problems.

I used http://www.newtowntax.com.au/ when I lived in Sydney. He got me about $5 back, but when went through e-tax, I was going to owe about $700 (I get too much back upfront for private health and make above the threshold but haven't told my private health- I'd much rather have to pay a bit instead of giving the government a tax-free loan) and he gave me good advice about what I could do the following year to get more back.

Joe Salzone - was in Marrickville, recently moved shop to Kogarah. Ph: 0404 887 563. Runs his whole operation by himself, but has found me a massive tax return every year and only charges around $80.

Just waiting to see if anyone recommends mine so I can downvote it. Useless prick put my account number in with one number missing so the payment failed. They were going to send a cheque to my previous address (just moved) in 2 days, I asked if he could update the address as I really need the money asap and the fucker cancelled the cheque which was actually going out today and it will now take up to 28 days to arrive by EFT. To say I am furious would be an understatement.

I have been using H&R block for a while now. My tax return is never too complicated but they have been always good. Rate I think is $120. There are at least 5 of them in inner sydney
