  Vania G. wrote: If i could give a lower rating i would. The man (employee) showed up to my house unannounced, demanding money. There was a miscommunication with my husband they were supposed to set an appointment with my husband but instead the technician just showed up to my house. He got there all agitated and angry saw that i was Mexican and demanded that i have money to pay him. I didn’t know what was going on, as a woman who was by herself and had no knowledge of him, this was scary. He demanded that i pay him and since I didn’t have the money right then to pay him (husband had it, & was on his way home) he got aggressive and yelled at me that he wasn’t going to work for free, and that i needed to schedule another appointment. I said ok, he threw my security gate at me and stormed off. When I called the company to let them what was going on, they said they didn’t want to hear it and they wouldn’t do anything. NEVER CALLING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!
