  We have never had to sell, so I am not sure about commission, But we used Liz Spooner-Young when we bought our first home. She and her team were excellent, and even to this day ( some 5 years later) we are still in contact with her and she is quick to respond. By far the best after care support I have ever seen in ANY industry. If she can provide that level of support to us, when we never even paid her, I can imagine what she would do selling your property. http://www.lizspooner.ca/

  I think I told you last time you asked.....should've listened to me....lol. Liz Spooner-Young held an open house the first weekend we listed our house and it sold above asking price. We never needed to pack up the family and leave for showings. She is awesome!
