  Best time to start looking would be around middle of April, beginning of May. Most people have to put in a notice to vacate by the tenth of the month to be out by the end of that month, so by May 10, all June availabilities should be online wherever yo u look. You can check out our website at www.lighthouse-cove.com and see what we have available that fits your timeline. As Travis said earlier, please watch out for scams on craigslist, they are everywhere. If you see a house on there, and the deal seems too good to be true, chances are it is. Good luck!

  Iso: 4 bedroom house to rent. My sister is moving home from east coast and she and DH need a 4 bedroom. Preferably in Port Orchard area near Orchard Heights school. They are military (Navy) w/ 3 kids and a baby on the way, 2 cats. Can afford $1250 or less. Have looked on Craigslist and at Property Management websites, no luck yet. Anyone have any leads?
