  One if the best internationally know tattoo artists is in taichung fongjia, i can vouch for him cuz i have 2 tattoos that r winners in taiwan and overseas, and he regularly competes internationally. no i am not doing this for business, just as a friend and long time customer, all my tattooes were done at his place, and if i refer a friend they get a discount (10% for guys, 20% for girls) and bumped to the front of the line. https://www.facebook.com/LionKingTattooStudio
