  Contact Chaya at the JSPCA (she's the adoption coordinator)@054-770-0221 or the Shelter at 02-585-4465 OR contact the rescue org, Jerusalem Loves Animals -- the adoption coordinator is Hedva@054-945-4225. Many of the latter have dogs in foster, so they are somewhat trained depending on their ages and how long they've been fostered. Both organizations ask for an 'adoption basket" of around 600-700 NIS to cover the medical costs incurred by the organizations (neutering, deworming, shots, chip, etc.)

  All dogs shed. Some more,some less. It's part of having a dog. Kid friendly depends on how you train your dog. What do you mean by normal size? The JSPCA has plenty of dogs for adoption.
