  Not sure, but I think Chop Suey Inn is owned by the same family as Joy Young..

  Have never heard that Chop Suey Inn is owned by the Joe family. I don't think so. Henry opened the place off Valleydale, but that was his last venture. Chop Suey Inn has been on Greensprings forever, even when Joy Young's was open.
