  I've gone to both Sanctuary for Yoga and the Yoga Center (now located by the Rite Aid on Stokes.) Both are great and have wonderful instructors. The Yoga Center has more classes and just fit my schedule better. http://www.yogacenterofmedford.com/calendar.php
